4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is confirmed at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our dispatch process. Cancellations can be requested before dispatch by emailing support@havern.co.uk. You also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
