Free UK delivery on orders over £30. Orders under £30 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day from our UK warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times (UK): Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes: Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before dispatch.

Missing or delayed parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, email support@havern.co.uk and we'll chase the carrier or send a replacement.

International: We currently ship to UK addresses only.
