OUR STANDARDS
For the person who already owns the small stuff.
If somebody in your life is already into this — already has a tool on the bathroom shelf, already talks about it — they are almost impossible to buy for. They have the cheap things. What they do not have is six uninterrupted months of it, both tools matched, and someone telling them what to do in week eleven.
That is what is in the box. It is also, incidentally, the best way to start from scratch — everything at once, nothing to reorder, no decisions left to make. Whole-hearted either way.
It does not read as a generic present, because nobody buys six months of anything for a person they barely know. Getting this one right means already knowing what they do every morning — which is most of what a good present is meant to say in the first place.

What is in the box
Seven items, one box, sealed and ready to give. Each one is set out in full below.
Seven bottles of Havern Lymphatic Support Drops
60ml each, nine botanicals plus a source of Vitamin C. Six months of the ritual at one dropper twice a day, plus a seventh bottle so the last month is not the anxious one.
The Havern Gua Sha Tool
Polished stainless steel, one solid piece. The five-stroke face routine — jaw, cheek, under-eye, brow, and always down the neck.
The Lymphatic Dry Body Brush
Natural bristle with a contoured handle. Two minutes on dry skin before the shower, ankles upward.
The 7-Day Ritual Guide
How to actually do it in the first week, with a 28-day habit tracker to tick off.
The 26-Week Reset Programme
Weekly guides by email across the full 180 days — technique, timing, and the check-ins that stop it drifting.
A magnesium bath soak
The extra that is not on the price list. Most people use it the first evening.
A welcome card
What to do on day one, sitting on top when the box is opened.
Packed with tissue and closed with a gold seal. Nothing inside is priced and there is no invoice in the box.
A closer look at each piece
What each thing actually is, and why it is in there. Nothing in this box is a filler item.
THE DROPS · SEVEN BOTTLES
Havern Lymphatic Support Drops
60ml a bottle. One full dropper under the tongue or in water, morning and evening — that is the entire instruction. Seven bottles carries it 210 days without a reorder, which is the whole reason to buy it this way rather than a bottle at a time.
Nine botanicals, every one named on the label at 5.89% — no proprietary blend, nothing hidden behind a total. They are 1:1 whole-plant fluid extracts rather than dried powder, in an alcohol-free vegetable glycerine base that is mildly sweet with a lemon finish, so it goes down without a chaser.
It is also a source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, to the normal function of the immune system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
ON THE BOTTLE
- 60ml × 7 — 210 days
- Nine botanicals at 5.89% each
- 1:1 whole-plant fluid extracts
- Alcohol-free glycerine base
- Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate)
- Vegan · non-GMO · not irradiated
- Made in Britain, SALSA-accredited site
- 3-year shelf life from manufacture
THE TOOL THEY WILL KEEP
The Havern Gua Sha Tool
Polished stainless steel, one solid piece — no coating, no seam, nothing glued on.
Steel rather than stone, for two plain reasons: it does not chip when it lands on a bathroom floor, and it takes cold far better, so a few minutes in the fridge gives you a genuinely cold tool rather than a cool one. It is non-porous, so it wipes clean and stays that way.
Face, jawline and legs. Two minutes, morning or evening. The five strokes — jaw, cheek, under-eye, brow, and always down the neck — are set out in the guide, in order.
THE TWO-MINUTE MORNING
The Lymphatic Dry Body Brush
Natural bristle on a contoured handle — the dry half of the routine, and the half that takes the least deciding about.
Two minutes on dry skin before the shower. Ankles upward, long strokes, working towards the heart — the direction matters more than the pressure does.
It exfoliates as it goes, which is usually why people keep it up: that part is immediate, and the rest of it is the slow half.
IN THE BOX
The 7-Day Ritual Guide
The first week set out day by day: when to take the dropper, which way to brush, and the five gua sha strokes in the order to run them. It answers the question everybody actually has on day two, which is whether they are doing it right.
The 28-day tracker comes with it. Twenty-eight boxes to tick — low-tech on purpose, because that is the bit that gets done.
BY EMAIL, WEEKLY
The 26-Week Reset Programme
Twenty-six weekly guides, starting once the box has landed and running the full 180 days. Each one is short: what to do this week, what to adjust, and the check-in that stops the whole thing quietly lapsing around week five.
It is the part that turns seven bottles into a routine rather than a shelf. It is included, and it is not a subscription — there is no card attached to it and nothing to cancel.
EVERYTHING INSIDE. NOTHING ELSE.
Nine herbs. One measure. All declared.
Every botanical named on the label with its percentage — the declaration almost nobody else in this category makes. All 1:1 whole-plant fluid extracts, plus Vitamin C, in a naturally sweet vegetable glycerine base.

Opening it
What the box is, and the order they will meet it in — worth knowing if you are going to be stood there watching them do it.
THE BOX ITSELF
It is a box, not a bag with a bow on it. Tissue over the top, closed with a gold seal, and nothing on the outside that says what is in it or what it cost — no price sticker, no invoice, no packing note with a total on it.
It has weight to it. Seven bottles and a solid steel tool is not something you hand over one-handed, and that registers before anything has been opened.
Nothing needs doing to it at your end. No wrapping, no moving it into something nicer, no card to remember on the way over — the welcome card is already sitting on the tissue. It leaves us finished and it arrives finished.
THE SEAL
It arrives closed with a gold seal, tissue underneath. Nothing on the outside announces what is in it.
THE CARD
The welcome card is the first thing in your hands — day one, in a few lines, before anything gets opened.
THE BOTTLES
Seven of them. Six months, plus the spare month that means running out is not a thing that happens.
THE TOOLS
Gua sha and dry body brush, the two halves of the manual routine.
THE PAPER
The 7-Day Ritual Guide and the 28-day tracker.
THE SOAK
Magnesium bath soak, tucked in at the end. That is the first evening sorted.
THEN THE EMAILS
The 26-Week Programme starts once the box has landed and carries it the rest of the way.
About a minute, start to finish. The useful part is that none of it needs explaining while they are stood there — the card says what day one is, the guide says what the first week is, and the emails do the rest.
Who it is for
Someone already deep in this
They own a tool. They know what a dry brush is for. They have been buying one bottle at a time for months and they are the single hardest person in your life to buy for, because they already have the small stuff. This is the version of it they would not buy themselves.
Someone starting properly
It is absolutely a way to begin — just the whole-hearted one. Nothing to reorder for six months, both tools from day one, and a programme telling you what to do next rather than leaving you to guess.
The person who has tried everything
Half-finished bottles at the back of a cupboard, three different tools, no routine. The Reset is the one that comes with the order of operations attached.
Two people sharing it
Plenty of couples do. At one dropper a day each, seven bottles runs to roughly 105 days between two.
GIVING IT
It arrives finished
Nothing to wrap
It arrives gift-boxed as standard — tissue, gold seal, welcome card. It is finished when it lands.
No prices inside
Nothing in the box is priced and there is no invoice in it. Hand it over as it is.
Nothing on the outside
The outer packaging does not announce what is in it or who it is from. It can sit in a hallway for a fortnight without giving anything away.
Send it straight to them
Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it goes direct.
You are not signing them up to anything
One payment, nothing renews, no card kept on file for a repeat. There is nothing for them to cancel later.
They can change their mind
Thirty days, and they do not need to send the tools back to do it.
Want a note put in with it? Email support@havern.co.uk with your order number as soon as you have ordered, and we will do what we can before it ships.
TIMING IT
Getting it there in time
Dispatch
From Leicester, tracked. Order by 2pm on a working day and it goes out the same day; later than that, or at a weekend, and it goes on the next working day.
Delivery cost
Free UK delivery on this order — the Reset is well over the £30 threshold.
Planning for a date
We cannot guarantee a delivery date, so do not cut it fine. For a birthday or Christmas, order at least a week ahead — that absorbs a weekend and still leaves you time to check it arrived before you have to hand it over.
Tracking
The tracking number is emailed to whoever placed the order, not to the recipient, so a surprise stays a surprise.
What actually happens over 180 days
DAYS 1–3
The box arrives. One dropper morning and evening — most people anchor it to brushing their teeth.
WEEK 1
The tools come in. Two minutes of brushing before the shower, two minutes of gua sha after.
WEEKS 2–12
Weekly guides land in the inbox. Technique, timing, and the check-ins that stop it drifting.
DAY 180+
Seven bottles in, the ritual is a habit rather than a decision. Refill only if you want to.
Or the pieces on their own
Everything in the Reset is sold separately too. A smaller gift is still a gift.

Questions
Is it really gift-boxed?
Yes — tissue, a gold seal, a welcome card and the magnesium soak. It is designed to be handed over as it is, so nothing inside is priced and there is no invoice in the box.
Can I have it sent straight to them?
Yes. Put their address in as the delivery address at checkout. The tracking email comes to you, not to them, so the surprise holds.
How far ahead should I order?
Order by 2pm on a working day and it leaves Leicester the same day, tracked. For a dated occasion give it at least a week — we cannot guarantee a delivery date and a weekend eats two of those days.
Does anything renew?
No. One payment, nothing to cancel, no card kept on file for a repeat. You are not signing anyone up to anything.
What if they already have the tools?
Plenty of people getting this already own one. Seven bottles is the part that is hard to buy for yourself, and a spare gua sha lives in the fridge — most people who use one end up with two anyway.
What if they do not get on with it?
Email support@havern.co.uk within 30 days and we refund it. The tools do not need to come back.
What is actually in the drops?
Nine botanicals — red clover, lemon, elderberry, echinacea, cleavers, dandelion root, burdock root, calendula and milk thistle — each declared on the label at 5.89%, all as 1:1 whole-plant fluid extracts. Plus Vitamin C, in an alcohol-free vegetable glycerine base. Vegan and non-GMO, made in Britain at a SALSA-accredited facility. All nine are listed further up this page.
Is the gua sha stone or steel?
Steel — one solid piece of polished stainless, no coating and no seam. It does not chip if it is dropped and it holds cold better than stone, which are the two things that matter in daily use.
Do the bottles expire before they are finished?
No. Shelf life is three years from manufacture, and seven bottles at one dropper twice a day runs to roughly 210 days — a wide margin either way.
Can two people share it?
Plenty do — two people at one dropper a day gets about 105 days out of it.
Thirty days to change your mind
Every botanical declared on the label at 5.89% — no proprietary blends. Made in the UK at a SALSA-accredited facility, alcohol-free and vegan. One-time means one-time.
